What is a pulse-jet bag filter house?

A pulse-jet baghouse pulls dust-laden air through fabric filter bags, then periodically fires a short pulse of compressed air back through each bag to knock the collected dust off into a hopper below, so the bags keep working without being taken offline.

Can you supply replacement filter bags for our existing baghouse?

Yes. Send us your baghouse's bag dimensions and media type (or the bags themselves as a sample) and we will supply and, where required, fit matching replacement bags.

What is an airslide membrane used for?

An airslide membrane is a porous fabric panel fitted inside a sloped conveying trough. Low-pressure air passes up through the fabric and fluidises fine powder above it, letting the material flow like a liquid down the slope with no moving parts. Do you service filtration systems you did not originally supply?

Yes, we regularly supply replacement bags, membranes and spares for existing installations, whichever original manufacturer supplied them, provided we can confirm the correct dimensions and specification.
